Uncover the flavors of the charismatic Puglia, a region of Italy on the Adriatic Sea. Puglia is a land rich in history and vegetables, which are widely used to dress many pasta dishes. Enjoy making Pugliese recipes with Chef Alba. We make Orecchiette Pasta with Broccoli Rabe with Pecorino Cheese, Bombette di Pollo Pugliese, Zucchine Sott’olio e Vino Publiese and for dessert Tartufi al Cioccolato e Marscarpone. This class is live, virtual, and interactive – Prep and cook along if you wish. Students will receive an email prior to the start of class with Zoom link and recipes.
