Pasta comes in an amazing variety of shapes, which can be sauced in an equally varied number of ways. Learn to make sauces you would find in Nonna’s or Zia’s kitchen. Join Chef Alba and discover new pasta recipes such as Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe all’Arrabbiata, Baked Rigatoni with Broccoli Pancetta and Creamy Gorgonzola, and Pasta with Red pepper Cream Sauce. This class is live, virtual, and interactive – Prep and cook along if you wish. Students will receive an email prior to the start of class with Zoom link and recipes.
