Recipes include Handmade Corn Tortillas (no tortilla press necessary!), Baja Shrimp, and Shredded Pork or Chicken Tacos with Salsa Crudo. Follow along step by step and interact with the instructor, ending the class with dishes ready to eat. Or just sit back, take notes, and enjoy watching the instructor.
