Fusion cooking is an art where two or more cuisines are incorporated for a wonderful combination of meals with enhanced flavors. Indo Chinese is a fusion of Indian cuisine and Chinese cuisine. Our appetizer is a classic veggie spring roll with curry leaf tempered veggies served with a sweet chili sauce and a mint chutney. Dinner is Chicken Manchurian with red chilies, cashew and snow peas served with a veggie fried rice. Dessert is deep-fried bananas and pineapple with ice cream. $25 material fee due at class.
