Join Chef Ravi as we venture into the fine details of making fascinating Sushi. We make a Shrimp tempura roll, Salmon Nigiri, vegetarian sushi with asparagus, red pepper, avocado and nutritional yeast. For dessert, create mango, coconut, chocolate and Papaya sushi with a mango and cardamom sauce. All students receive a sushi making kit, included in the materials fee. Hands-on cooking class. $45 material fee due at class (Fee includes: $15 sushi kit & $30 seafood). Materials list provided if moved to virtual.
