Throughout the summer season we generally look for simple and fresh recipes. Join Chef Alba as we make delicious dishes prepared quickly with the freshest of ingredients. Let’s create appetizing recipes especially suited for a hot summer. Menu: Tricolore Antipasto nel Bicchiere, Linguini Con Pomodoro Crudo, and Shrimp over Crema di Burrata cheese. This class is live, virtual, and interactive – Prep and cook along if you wish. Students will receive an email prior to the start of class with Zoom link and recipes.
