Emilia-Romagna is the birthplace of the most delectable of vinegar, Aceto Balsamico. Syrupy, rich balsamic vinegar is aged in wooden barrels until it acquires the depth and complexity of a fine wine. Join Chef Alba as we create Composta di Cipolle di Tropea al Balsamico (red onion marmalade), Pork Medallions in Chocolate and Balsamic Sauce, Patate Novelle Al Balsamico e Rosemarino, and for dessert Mousse di Ricotta con Balsamico. This class is live, virtual, and interactive – Prep and cook along if you wish. Students will receive an email prior to the start of class with Zoom link and recipes.
