Rock Steady Boxing is a nonprofit organization that partners with communities and fitness centers to provide people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life Class exercises are modified from boxing drills and customized to all levels of fitness. The Rec has certified trainers who are ready to help you reach your fitness goals and remain active and healthy. Participants in the Rock Steady Program experience improved agility, speed, muscular endurance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength For an additional $20 monthly fee you can participate in classes with certified instructors .Must have diagnosis documentation from doctor.
