This program is designed to help participants develop respect, self-control, and discipline while building confidence through self-defense skills. You'll learn Taekwondo kicks, blocks, and punches. A white Taekwondo uniform is required and may be purchased from the instructor for $45. Attend the first day of class for free! Liability waiver required.
