Instructor: Katie HantenThis class is for beginning students. Japanese style of Karate, Itsosu-ryu-hosu-kai. Content includes: Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (controlled fighting). Emphasis on self-discipline, manners and respect for others. This class also includes instruction as you progress through the ranks of the system, from white to red belt. Registration for the class also includes a Monday 4:15pm-5:00pm class at no additional cost, which starts August 29th. Optional Gi (Karate uniform) $35-$45 payable to instructor.
