The students in this class meet in person at 450 Bryant Street.This workout includes a variety of cardio, strength, and toning exercises in 60 minutes. Strengthen and tone your whole body, while also working on balance and building muscle. Learn how to use and lift hand weights to prevent injury. Equipment: Hand weights, resistance bands, and an exercise mat.This is the TUESDAY and THURSDAY class.
