Self-defense actually means doing everything possible to avoid fighting someone who bullies, threatens or attacks.Great informational class for individuals or family members. You'll love new instructor, Jonlyn Reed's no-nonsense approach and tips for self-awareness. Ages 10 - 15 should be accompanied by a registered (paid) adult.
