Explore this elegant summer estate built by Chicago beer baron Conrad Seipp in 1888 as a family getaway from the heat and bustle of the city. The Queen Anne style Black Point Estate in Lake Geneva, WI, is 20 rooms of living history! After the tour of the estate, enjoy a boxed lunch, including a turkey sandwich, chips, and cookie, while we cruise along the lake. Note: the walk up to the estate includes roughly 100 stairs. Due Date: 7/1. Pick Up: Simkus 8:15am-3:30pm. Extensive Activity. Face coverings are required for both vaccinated and unvaccinated participants at all times while on the bus and may be necessary at some trip destinations. Please also note that you may be seated directly next to another participant on the bus and during activities.
