Treat yourself to a divine experience in Lake County! Our trip starts in Grayslake with a toffee making class followed by shopping from Uniquely Sweet’s decadent assortment of chocolate. After the class, we pop over to Glunz Family Winery for tasting and shopping. After lunch on your own at Portillo’s, enjoy a magnificent glass blowing demonstration in Mundelein at Patterson Glassworks. Pending the weather, we end the trip with a cannoli making demonstration on the patio at Tony Cannoli’s in Mundelein. Pick Up Simkus: 9:00a-6:00p. Extensive Activity. Due Date: 4/15Face coverings are required for both vaccinated and unvaccinated participants at all times while on the bus and may be necessary at some trip destinations.
