DROP IN FOR RESTORATIVE YOGA With guided meditation and supportive props, we’ll gently relax the spine to ease lower back pain, boost the immune system, and promote rejuvenation. This practice is a wonderful way to strengthen, stretch, and relax—no matter your physical condition. Please bring a mat. A blanket, blocks and strap are recommended.
