Then roll the dough out using a pasta machine to make fresh pasta sheets which can be used to make your choice of these delicious raviolis: Three Cheese Ravioli; Savory Sweet potato and Roasted Red Pepper Ravioli. Fresh homemade Alfredo Sauce and Marinara Sauce will also be prepared in class to taste with the pasta
