Sushi and SobaParticipants will first learn how to make homemade Soba (buckwheat) Noodles from scratch. Then they will use their noodles to make the following recipes. They will also learn how to roll sushi! On the menu: Soy Marinated Mushroom and Scallion Roll; Gingered Soba Noodle and Roasted Eggplant Roll; Roasted Pepper and Kewpie Mayonnaise Roll; Quick Pickled Cucumber and Radish Roll; Caramelized Tofu Roll; Soba Noodle Cakes with Sautéed Asian-Style Vegetables; Miso Soup
