About Camp

LEONA CANYON (CANYON OAKS PARKING AREA): Hike through a beautiful stream-carved canyon, through Merritt College and then into Leona Heights Park where we’ll look down upon the one East Bay old growth redwood tree. We’ll witness beautiful 5-bridge views and diverse landscapes. Bathrooms 1.5 miles into hike.Wear sturdy footwear, bring water, and dress for the weather. No registration; drop-in.
