About This Camp & Activity

Mitt Manifesters Martial Arts focuses more on discipline than a traditional dojo. Children practice Katas and Defense for the protection of themselves and others. The physical benefits are profound as they will learn the art of Karate, Jiu Jitsu, and Boxing. They will also practice kicks, punches, stretching, running, rolls, and boxing techniques in each interactive class. Please contact syreeta@mittmanifesters.com for uniform information.
