About Camp
Judo (the gentle way) training emphasizes the techniques of throwing, holding, locking, and pinning. This class is designed to introduce fundamental skills in body dynamics, body movements, safety landing, defensive pattern drills, and overall understanding of Judo as a classical art form. No previous experience is necessary. Instructor Bruce G. Myers, Jr. Membership is required. Standard all white Gi suggested (white uniform with no markings).
