About This Camp & Activity

A high energy class with great music and motivating instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints while burning calories all the way! This class will have you spending 60 minutes on the bike for an amazing cardio workout! NO ONLINE ENROLLMENT PERMITTED. FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.All classes are included with all-inclusive memberships. Freedom passes are available for non-members who would like to attend the class.DUE TO A LIMITED NUMBER OF BIKES, YOU MUST CALL THE CIVIC CENTER AT 573-756-0900 THE DAY THE CLASS MEETS TO RESERVE YOUR BIKE.
