Do you love to dance? We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party! NO ONLINE ENROLLMENT PERMITTED. FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.All classes are included with all-inclusive memberships. Freedom passes are available for non-members who would like to attend the class.
