About This Camp & Activity
This moving meditation improves balance and mindfulness. At 9:25 a.m. beginners learn the basics of how to move in T'ai Chi Chih. Intermediate students join at 10:00 and we do a full practice, with beginners following along for as long as they like. Please no shoes with a raised heel (running heels). Classes held at LOS ALAMITOS COMMUNITY CENTER, 10911 OAK ST.
