About This Camp & Activity
Experience the benefits of yoga from a comfortable seated position. This class is suitable for all levels, including those with limited mobility. Gentle, mindful movement and guided breathwork improve joint mobility, increase flexibility, enhance balance, reduce stiffness, promote circulation, and cultivatea sense of calm. A yoga strap is highly recommended, and a yoga mat is suggested but not required. Please contact a CSR at 520-625-3440 for a non-member class pass. Drop-in fee $15.
