This is a presentation offered at Granite Reef Senior Center. the topics covered will include an overview of the five mental capacities, practical tips for keeping memory sharp, and improving brain function. you will also play fun, interactive brain games to exercise your brain and keep it working at its peak. The presenter has a Master Degree of Counseling, adult teaching certification, and over 40 years of providing training curriculum for adult learners.
