Join us at the OCC for swim conditioning. This will be Monday nights from 7:00-7:45pm. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted and without stopping. All swimmers will be evaluated on the first night for eligibility. This is not a free swim or pool play time. We will use lap lanes and staff will not be in the water. Sessions will run month by month and there will be 4 swim conditionings in this sessionmeets Nov 4,18,25We will not meet on Nov 11 due to OCC Holiday hours
