About Camp
(Ages 13+) Discover Martial Arts in a fun, supportive, welcoming environment. Class is designed for participants 13 years and older with special needs. Explore movements, techniques, breathing exercises and self-defense skills. Benefits include improved flexibility, strength, balance, and self-confidence. This activity is taught by qualified black belt instructors. All experience levels welcome!Please wear long pants and a shirt that will allow easy movement.Refund PolicyCancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
