About Camp
(Ages 6+) The Hapkido program integrates kicking, hand techniques, patterns, and redirection of another’s force through circular movements leading to joint locks and throws. Hapkido is a soft style complete martial arts system for self-defense from Korea. This program is designed to increase your physical & mental health, flexibility, strength and balance while improving confidence and being in harmony with one’s environment. Students work alone and with partners on various skills.Please wear long pants and a shirt that will allow easy movement.Refund Policy:Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
