Move, breathe, stretch and play! Our kids yoga classes challenge children physically and mentally to inspire growth in areas such as physical coordination and strength, self regulation, executive function, and stress reduction. Through a variety of mindful and engaging songs, games, and stories, we keep kids moving, breathing and learning while being creative and having fun!
