Registration for in-person attendance.A strong core - back, abdominal, and oblique muscles - will help improve balance and posture. Everyday movements, such as walking upstairs, carrying groceries, bending, and reaching can be performed more easily and safely, preventing injuries. Through exercises which focus on muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and stretching, you'll increase your core strength, as well as improve your posture and enhance your appearance. Floor work, resistance bands, and hand weights will be a part of the class format. This is the TUESDAY and THURSDAY class.
