Chronic Inflammation: Too Much of a Good ThingChronic inflammation is a prolonged, harmful immune system response that persists over months or years, even without an immediate injury or infection. It is connected to almost every chronic disease in the world, including heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, and dementia. In this practical and evidence-based webinar, you will learn what chronic inflammation is and how it differs from acute inflammation or the inflammation associated with arthritis. Learn seven strategies to reduce chronic inflammation and identify one practical change you can make this week.Sally Duplantier, MS, is a gerontologist and Healthspan educator with a mission to help older adults live their best lives longer through better lifestyle choices and health equity.
