HIIT Class with DeandraTuesday/Wednesday - 5:15 - 6:00 PMWellness Center Racquetball CourtHIIT Circuit is a high energy, full-body workout that combines short bursts of intense exercise with strength and cardio-based circuit training. Move through a variety of stations designed to improve strength, endurance, power, and cardiovascular fitness, with exercises that can be modified for different fitness levels. Aerobic classes are open to current UIW Students, Faculty and Staff.Registration is limited. Registration required, pre-register online, or at the front desk, or walk up registration at the front desk at the time of the class.
