Active older adults, are you looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity? The instructor will focus on balance, range of motion and coordination. This class is tailored for active older adults, who want to focus on muscle conditioning and light weight activity.Please Note:- This session is only offered as an in-person class.- Participants must have a Senior Center Membership.- Participants should wear appropriate sports shoes and clothes.
