About This Camp & Activity
Basketball teaches lifetime skills as well as showing children that exercise can be fun! In addition, participating as a child increases the chances that a person will continue to live a healthy, active lifestyle as an adult. In our program, kids learn the fundamentals of basketball, which will help them continue to enjoy the sport and stay active for years to come. With an emphasis on sportsmanship, team spirit, and fun, players learn how to win with grace and lose with honor. A volunteer coach will set practice times, and each team will participate in an eight-game schedule. Mandatory reversible jerseys may be purchased at the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center for $19.50 (+ tax). Practices begin the week of January 04. Games are Tuesday and Thursday nights. Practices are scheduled at the coaches discrepancy and maybe any night Monday-Saturday if not actively playing a game.
