Join Yogadevotion Instructor Amy Witte for a Tuesday evening summertime practice at the beautiful Arboretum in Roseville's Central Park. It is a gift to be able to experience God's presence in a natural setting such as this! Amy will be leading you through a yoga class designed to connect mind and breath. She teaches a slow flow mix of stretching and more energizing full expression options.
