Yoga Storytime Program Description: Who’s it for? Children birth to five years old and their favorite grownupsWhat will you do? You and your child will share simple yoga poses, book, stories, songs, and rhymes in a fun, interactive program.What will we learn? Learn how yoga and movement can help you and your child practice early literacy skills and learn social-emotional skills.Supplies Needed: a towel or yoga mat per attendeeSupport for early literacy programs is provided by a grant from First Things First, which partners with families and communities to give all Arizona children the opportunity to arrive at kindergarten healthy and ready to succeed.
