About Camp
No prior running experience necessary. Participants will engage in fun group social runs and fitness activities with their peers while building healthy, physical, and social habits within a supportive environment. Running is an excellent activity for youth to increase physical fitness, elevate positive mood, and enhance self-confidence. At the beginning of each group run participants will learn and take part in proper warm-up, then will engage in various run & fitness activities. Bring water and please wear comfortable clothing along with closed toe shoes. Masks are optional.
