Come and walk a 5K for your health at Osage Park and then celebrate with a BBQ lunch at the Osage Picnic Area. Register with a current walking buddy or meet a new one on the trail. If you are not comfortable with a 5K, don't be discouraged! Just walk what you can and meet us in the picnic area! 1, 2 or 3 laps, you decide. Participants will receive a long-sleeveed Walk-tober t-shirt and goodie bag. Registration includes lunch hot off the grill and a goodie bag. Join us and feel good about your health!
