About This Camp & Activity
Vovinam includes training of the mind and body. The art is practiced with and without weapons. The force and reaction of the opponent are used in combat. Vovinam encompasses the hand, elbow, kicks, escape, and levering techniques. Training includes forms, attack techniques, self-defense techniques, weapons, and traditional wrestling. The class is being taught by Master Clement Nguyen, who has more than 47 years of experience in Martial Arts and has trained students in Vietnam, France, and the USA.
