Voices of Experience

About Camp

Voices of Experience, a mixed-voice choral ensemble open to Senior Center members, meets twice weekly, and provides a fun, educational, and all-inclusive environment for singers of all backgrounds and ability levels. Past performance opportunities have included community outreach concerts throughout the Iowa City area, as well as regular mainstay presentations at the Johnson County Senior Center. From Bach to Bacharach, and from Beethoven to Big Band, the variety of musical styles promises something for everyone, ensuring the joy of sharing our songs with each other and our audiences alike. Chorus participants pay a fee for each season to offset the costs of music and instruction, and low-income discounts are also available.
