About This Camp & Activity
Join us for yoga adapted for the young and the young at heart living with cognitive and/or physical challenges. Participants will engage in youth minded yoga activities that focus on breath, laughter, movement, and stillness. Inclusive and open to all abilities.On your computer? Make sure you have a webcam! On your smart phone? Just download the Zoom app!Family members and caregivers are welcome to attend. No additional fee or registration required.
