About This Camp & Activity
A method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination to breath; the intention to build strength and flexibility. We move through three phases; gentle warming postures, strength and balance work, relaxing deep stretches. We focus on precision of movement throughout this challenging yet accessible yoga practice.
