About This Camp & Activity
Ultimate Conditioning with Theresa is a Free Class for Copper Sky Members. Class will be held in Studio A. Please reserve your spot online. Reservations will be available beginning at 5AM the day PRIOR to class. Reserve your spot online, in person, or over the phone by calling the service desk. This high energy class works the entire body using various modes and intervals! This class is designed to achieve the conditioning you need to accomplish any fitness goal by training your entire body.
