About This Camp & Activity

Tumbling classes at Rock Island Fitness and Activity Center (RIFAC). All beginner tumbling skills from rolls to walkovers, to flips is incorporated.Tumbling combines strength, power, agility and coordination, that when performed properly, results in an exciting and dynamic sport. Tumbling is used across a range of sports, even those you don't expect.
