About Camp
A class for children between the ages of 2 and 5 and their caregiver. The participants will learn yoga poses through music, games and art. The class will also include breathing and meditative exercises to help children begin to learn techniques to help regulate their emotions and find a calm state. Registration for this class includes two participants, one child and one caregiver.
