Swimming Lessons: Parent/Tot (:25 min. classes) Prerequisites: Parents & Children 6 months - 5 yrs. Parent must be in the water also! Designed for children 6 months to 5 years of age, the program builds swimming readiness by emphasizing fun in the water. Parents and children participate in several guided practice sessions that help children learn elementary skills, including water entry, bubble blowing, front kicking, back floating, underwater exploration and more. Once children can perform basic skills without parental assistance, they may begin Level 1 (must be 4 years old). You may only sign up your children for ONE LESSON until they pass the appropriate level. Lessons meet every weekday for two weeks.
