7 week class that will be held at Camelback Park for ages 8-13 on Saturdays from 9am to 10am. First class is October 29, 2022.Strong Mind Run Club classes are a youth empowerment program that transforms traditional running drills and games to teach character strength and empowerment principles including confidence, resilience, integrity, growth mindset, and goal setting to name a few! In Empowerment and Running Endurance we will also focus on improving your own personal endurance and speed! Students will get a great workout, fresh air, and a chance to practice invaluable life lessons.
