About This Camp & Activity

This program is an intense boot camp style class designed for men and women who are ready to take their fitness to the next level. This class will work your entire body through resistance training, bodyweight exercises, core work, HIIT intervals, and cardio. Every class will be a new workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized! Bring weights, mat, and water!Mondays and Wednesdays will be held at the Home Economics Building.
