About This Camp & Activity
Participants will first explore paper marbling and fluid-abstraction techniques through guided experimentation with color, pattern, and movement. Each participant will create a marbled bookmark to take home before contributing to a large-scale collaborative artwork. The project will culminate in one approximately 7 × 10-foot abstract mural on unstretched canvas. I will design the overall composition and establish a curated color palette, while participants contribute painted color, texture, and fluid marks within the design. Their individual contributions will become part of one cohesive artwork created through a shared community experience. No previous art experience is required, and participation will be free.
