About This Camp & Activity

Learn to Play Hockey is a great way for boys and girls to start and develop their hockey playing skills. Your skater is ready to move from Learn to Skate to Learn to Play Hockey when there is a basic skating foundation, typically between Learn to Skate Basic Skills 1-2. With LTPH we add full gear and a stick but still have a heavy emphasis on skating technique! Often the skater will become even more dedicated, fall in love with the game and coming to the rink because they are now playing hockey. The registration fee is refundable up to 7 days before the start of the session. Less than 7 days before the start of the program the fee is non-refundable but transferable to other Ice Arena programs (transferred fees must be used within one year and is subject to availability). Once the program begins, refunds and transfers are no longer available. All refunds are subject to approval of the Ice Director and, regardless of reason, are subject to a $20 administration fee.
